This website is operated by SES Creative Australia (“we”, “us”, “our”). By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), including any additional terms and policies referenced here or available by hyperlink. These Terms apply to all users.

Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides our e-commerce platform.

  • Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Nothing excludes, restricts, or modifies consumer guarantees under ACL. Except for non-excludable guarantees, we provide the Service and products “as is” without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages.

You agree to indemnify SES Creative Australia and affiliates from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or violation of law/third-party rights.

Section 15 – Severability

If any provision is unlawful/void/unenforceable, the remainder remains enforceable.

Section 16 – Termination

Obligations prior to termination survive. We may terminate if you fail to comply; you remain liable for amounts due up to termination.

Section 17 – Entire Agreement

These Terms and posted policies constitute the entire agreement and supersede prior agreements. Ambiguities will not be construed against the drafting party.

Section 18 – Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia.

Mobile Terms of Service – SES Creative Australia

By consenting to SES Creative Australia’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages at the mobile number you provide. Messages may be sent using an automatic dialing system. Message frequency varies; standard message/data rates apply. You do not have to sign up to purchase products or Services.

Opt-out at any time by replying “STOP” to any text or by emailing info@ses-creative.com.au. If you opt-out, you may still receive service-related messages. This service is governed by the Spam Act 2003 (Cth) and applicable amendments.
