Refund policy

At SES Creative Australia, we want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy complies with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and explains how to request returns and refunds.
Hassle-Free Returns
- Request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
- Items must be unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
- Include your receipt or proof of purchase.
Start a return by emailing info@ses-creative.com.au. Send returns to:
3325 Logan Road, Slacks Creek QLD 4127, Australia. Items sent back without a return request will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
- You’re responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- Once accepted, we can provide a prepaid label or you may use your own courier.
- Refunds cover the item price only; shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Any original free delivery charges and the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund if applicable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Inspect your order upon arrival. If defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact info@ses-creative.com.au immediately so we can resolve it.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom or personalised products
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases
- Sale items or gift cards
If unsure, contact us before returning.
Exchanges
Return the original item per this policy and place a new order for the replacement.
Refunds
We’ll notify you when we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, a refund to your original payment method will be issued within 10 business days (additional bank/card processing time may apply). Shipping costs are non-refundable unless due to defect, damage, or wrong item. If more than 15 business days have passed after approval and you haven’t received your refund, contact info@ses-creative.com.au.
Your Rights Under ACL
ACL guarantees may entitle you to a repair, replacement, or refund if a product is faulty, damaged, or not fit for purpose. This policy does not limit your statutory rights.
