Thanks for shopping with SES Creative Australia! Once you place an order, one of our local store teams across Australia carefully picks, packs, and prepares it for shipping—supporting locally owned businesses.
Tracking Your Package
When your order leaves the store, we’ll email you a tracking link so you can follow its progress.
Delivery Options
- We use Authority to Leave (ATL) for standard deliveries—no signature required.
- We cannot deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.
If a PO Box or Parcel Locker is provided, your order may be returned to sender or incur a redirection fee. Need to change your address or have questions? Contact our Customer Service Team.
How Long Will It Take?
- You’ll receive a tracking number within 3 business days of placing your order (excluding peak periods).
- After dispatch, deliveries usually arrive within 3–10 business days, depending on location.
- During peak times (holidays, sales) deliveries may take longer; use your tracking link for updates.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping is calculated at checkout and it varies depending on your location and the items you purchase.
- Bulky items incur additional charges, calculated at checkout.
What’s a bulky item? Larger or heavier products requiring extra packaging to ensure safe delivery.
